You may edit or update your stored Payment Method via our website by visiting "My Teams" ( ) and selecting "Update Payment Method". Unless you cancel your membership before your subscription renewal date, you authorise us to charge your next season's membership fee to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" under 5.c) below). "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time. To use the Just Play service you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. In the event you purchase a season membership your membership will continue on a season to season basis until cancelled. If you choose to purchase any of these offerings, you will be responsible to pay the applicable fees in addition to your membership fee.ī) Membership. Additionally, from time to time we may allow you to purchase additional products or services through the Just Play Site. We reserve the right to change the policy regarding when we charge fees, to introduce additional fees and to change the amount of any such fees at any time. We reserve the right to, and by using our service you agree that we may, include you in or exclude you from these tests without notice.Ī) Initial payment for Just Play is made either on a season basis or by purchasing games on a one off basis, allowing participation in single games. We continually update and test various aspects of the Just Play platform. To use your Just Play membership you must have access to the Internet. Just Play may not be used for commercial purposes. Members cannot transfer or gift team places or single games to third parties, including other Just Play members. Your Just Play membership is personal to you and you agree not to create more than one account.
As such, Just Play take certain steps to manage options at varying times and in an ongoing and evolving way.Ĭ) Use of Just Play. The type, quantity, allocation and availability of Venues, Leagues, and single game options offered is determined by Just Play in its sole discretion. Just Play does not guarantee the availability of particular Venues and availability may change over time. Just Play itself is not a venue, league or service provider and does not own, operate or control any of available leagues accessible through the Site.ī) Availability and Allocation. Through the Just Play platform Just Play Members are organised into teams that participate in the league operated by the venue. Just Play is a service that enables Just Play members to participate in organised social sporting competitions and leagues ("Leagues") operated by sport venues or other third parties that partner with Just Play ("Venues"). Your continued access to or use of the Site after the posting of the amended Terms constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms as amended.Ī) Just Play Platform. Unless we provide a delayed effective date, all amendments will be effective upon Just Play posting the updated Terms. Just Play may amend the Terms from time to time.
